My infographic for Nike demonstrates my proficiency in translating complex information into accessible visual formats. I wanted to create an infographic that stands out amongst the rest while also retaining the look and feel of what Nike has established. I looked for many ways to create different illustrations to convey this information about the long history of the corporations and was able to achieve this though precise illustration and understanding of color theory.
As part of this project, we were instructed to design an infographic that communicated information through visual methods rather than relying solely on text—a challenge that pushed me to think more strategically about visual storytelling. By exploring how data, icons, and illustration could work together, I was able to expand the infographic into concepts suited for social media use, imagining how a brand like Nike could repurpose this style to generate engagement across multiple platforms. This approach allowed me to not only meet the assignment’s requirements but also experiment with how infographics can evolve into dynamic, results-driven content for modern digital audiences.
